Your path to feeling better

Getting you back to feeling like yourself

Where you land depends on where you are in your healing — click a condition below to learn more.

Acute Phase

For new or worsening pain, consistent treatment gets the best results — typically 2–3 times a week for 6–8 weeks to get you feeling good.

Chronic Phase

Once acute pain subsides, care shifts toward correcting the underlying issue and preventing relapse — typically 1–2 times a week for 4–6 weeks.

Wellness Care

Once your body is fully healed, only maintenance adjustments are needed. It’s still recommended to come in periodically to keep things running smoothly — typically 1–2 times per month based on your treatment goals.

Since back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide, it's vital to know how to prevent it. Maintaining a healthy diet and weight, staying active, and avoiding prolonged inactivity are all important ways to avoid back pain. Warm up and stretch before physical activity.

The neck, or cervical spine, begins at the base of the skull and contains seven small vertebrae. It supports the full weight of your head — about 12 pounds on average. Its flexibility makes it very susceptible to pain and injury.

Shoulder pain is a very common condition, affecting almost half of the U.S. Most patients feel pain, limited range of motion, an inability to engage in daily activities, or something more serious.

Nine out of ten Americans say they suffer from headaches. Ninety-five percent of headaches are tension, migraine, or cluster headaches — not caused by disease, but by something in the body that isn't sitting correctly.

Sports can be taxing on the body no matter what you play. Our staff works with you to get to the root of the problem — treating and preventing injuries in the neck, back, shoulders, knees, and ankles.

Even a "minor" crash can result in serious injuries like ligament sprains, which can lead to chronic pain if not treated properly. Research shows early treatment is the best way to prevent long-term symptoms.

Neuropathy is caused by damaged nerve cells and is often associated with autoimmune diseases, infections, diabetes, tumors, or hereditary conditions. It currently affects over 20 million people in the U.S.

Knee pain is an increasingly common complaint, often attributed to normal "wear and tear" or osteoarthritis. Symptoms and progression can be reduced through an individualized approach to chiropractic care.

Sciatica is characterized by pain in the lower back that radiates down one or both legs — dull, achy, sharp, or like "pins and needles." Onset is generally gradual and not necessarily associated with a previous event.
